Investor-awareness advertising

Advertising that helps listed companies reach investors.

Richport Media plans and runs paid, clearly labeled awareness campaigns for publicly listed companies, built on public information and approved by each company’s legal counsel before anything runs.

What we do

A marketing firm for publicly listed companies.

Many listed companies are simply not well known to investors. We write factual articles about a company, sourced to its own public filings and labeled as paid advertising, and we run the ad placements that bring readers to them. We are a marketing firm: not an investor-relations firm, not a broker-dealer and not an investment adviser.

Factual, sourced content

Every article is built from the company’s public disclosures, includes its disclosed risks, and carries a paid-advertising label above the headline.

Counsel approves everything

Nothing goes live until the company and its legal counsel have approved every article, headline and image in writing.

Cash fees only

We are paid in cash. We never accept shares, options or warrants, never take a success fee, and hold no position in any client’s securities.

Transparent reporting

Clients receive weekly delivery logs, a monthly account statement reconciling fees and spend, and a CPA attestation of how advertising funds were used.

Who we work with

Companies with a real, disclosed business.

We work with listed companies that have published operations, clean regulatory histories and legal counsel engaged. We decline engagements that do not meet those standards, at any budget. Our limitations page sets out exactly what we will and will not do.

No market outcome is guaranteed. Our deliverables are the campaign itself and the reporting around it; how the market responds is never promised, and none of our fees depend on it.
